Continuing the Conviso’s project to foster the AppSec community, on April 30th we held our ninth Webinar, this time with the theme “How to Manage an Application Security Program”. To enrich the chat with our CEO, Wagner Elias, we invited the Rodrigo Jorge CISO at Neoway Business Solutions.
Rodrigo and Wagner approached team building – with a focus on culture and challenges, integration belt and the tools integrated in the process. In addition, guided by the questions and interactions of the audience, they also talked about the experience that both Conviso and Neoway are developing while working remotely during this quarantine – something that was already part of the culture of both companies.

He has a broad and extensive experience in conducting Application Security projects in companies of the most diverse segments. He is the founder of the Brazilian chapter of the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP).
Rodrigo Jorge
CISO, Neoway Business Solutions
Professional with more than 20 years of Experience in Technology, being 12 years in Security. Promoter and Lover of Information Security Culture, is currently a CISO of Neoway Business Solutions in Florianópolis. He has attended several Information Security Conferences throughout the country.
