Continuing the Conviso’s project to foster the AppSec community, on April 30th we held our ninth Webinar, this time with the theme “How to Manage an Application Security Program”. To enrich the chat with our CEO, Wagner Elias, we invited the Rodrigo Jorge CISO at Neoway Business Solutions.
Rodrigo and Wagner approached team building – with a focus on culture and challenges, integration belt and the tools integrated in the process. In addition, guided by the questions and interactions of the audience, they also talked about the experience that both Conviso and Neoway are developing while working remotely during this quarantine – something that was already part of the culture of both companies.
What are the current challenges faced by the development teams in working completely remotely? Does it work to force the dev to learn security “on the go”? These and other public questions were answered throughout the webinar, which is available in full on Youtube.
