Conviso Platform now offers an integration with ClickUp

At Conviso, we are enhancing our platform to simplify the security tools environment. That’s why in release 3.5 of the Conviso Platform, we’re announcing a new integration with Clickup, a task management tool created in 2017 that has been growing exponentially over the last two years. But what does this mean for our users?

For those who are not familiar – what is ClickUp

ClickUp is a task management software.

It offers a series of functionalities, such as documents, accessories, calendars, and scheduling. It is a customizable tool, designed for teams, where everyone can use the same application to plan, organize and collaborate.

Managing tasks is often challenging for a team of developers in a day-to-day life that involves tight deadlines. Therefore, adopting a product that facilitates this routine by creating calendars, scheduling tasks, and setting reminders is essential. The integration of ClickUp with the Conviso Platform aims to optimize this routine.

Benefits of Clickup and  Conviso Platform integration

Conviso Platform is a tool that empowers developers to build secure applications. Therefore, the integration with ClickUp targets to bring more productivity to the daily life of these professionals.

Conviso Platform users can now easily integrate ClickUp as a task tracking tool and get automation and, consequently, more productivity and organization in the workflow their team of developers.

With the integration between ClickUp and Conviso Platform, it is possible to associate the sprints of the development team and establish the necessary corrections for the team to act on them.

Users can also connect to ClickUp workspaces and lists, including the ability to configure custom attribute mapping and achieve two-way integration with the Conviso Platform.

This bidirectional integration feature also allows information such as status updates to be sent and received between ClickUp and the Conviso Platform – which enables automation, optimizing time by reducing the need to perform manual interaction for each command.

With this integration, developers will gain efficiency and agility by being notified of new ClickUp tasks when vulnerabilities are identified.

How to perform the integration

If you are a Conviso Platform user and want to activate the integration, the step-by-step is simple: go to the menu on the left side of our dashboard and look for “integrations”. There you will find a list of all the Conviso Platform integrations.

Select which one you want – in this case, ClickUp – and click on Integrate. You will be directed to an authorization area. Read carefully, and click Connect Clickup. You can now configure projects and receive new notifications about their status.

Conviso Platform is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform created by Conviso that supports the entire security cycle in software development.

It was built on the Software Assurance Maturity Model (SAMM) – a portfolio project of the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) that defines a series of practices aimed at improving software security.
